One high schooler recently received a settlement of $117,500 for the
violation of his First Amendment rights, but not before he was suspended for a week and barred from going on his class trip.
Not that this is a particularly good way to get some extra cash, its nice to hear that schools aren't getting away with blanket persecution (prosecution?).
